Description:

  • Seeking a proactive ISP Network Support Engineer for customer-facing troubleshooting and production network operations in a multi-WAN ISP environment.
  • Responsibilities include troubleshooting connectivity issues, configuring networking equipment, and maintaining high-availability systems across various technologies.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in ISP, WISP, FTTH, or MSP environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in routing, switching, WAN connectivity, and failover systems.
  • Experience configuring routers, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, NAT, QoS, BGP, and OSPF.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in remote settings.
