Description:

  • Drive tactical execution of Post Sales operations to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Configure processes and generate insightful reports to support customer-facing teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience with custom objects in Salesforce and ability to optimize data structures.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications; ability to read and update APEX code.

  • Proficiency in managing multiple requests for system enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Curiosity about AI and experience with AI-driven insights for system configuration.
