Remote Principal AI Go-to-Market Operations Engineer

Description:

• Seeking a visionary AI Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to enhance revenue operations through AI integration.
• Responsible for architecting an AI-first GTM ecosystem connecting Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Marketing/Revenue Operations or GTM Engineering with a strong understanding of the "Leads-to-Revenue" funnel.
• Proficient in writing production integrations (Python, JavaScript, etc.) and connecting AI agents to CRM and other tools via APIs.
• Deep knowledge of B2B GTM stack, especially Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, Gong, etc.
• Proven ability to consolidate tech stacks and reduce vendor costs.
• Understanding of pipeline math and unit economics related to revenue targets.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration and maintaining data quality in Salesforce.
• Ability to build prompt libraries and training datasets for AI agents.
• Strong judgment on the use of AI in operations.
