Seeking a hands-on Growth Lead & Product Launch Owner (Consumer AI) to launch a new AI-powered consumer product in the US.
Focus on user growth among everyday American consumers, with an emphasis on execution and scaling successful strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience launching or scaling a 0→1 B2C/consumer/self-serve digital product.
Strong track record in driving measurable user growth, revenue, or activation results.
Hands-on experience in paid acquisition, organic growth, and channel testing.
Experience in product launches and market introduction.
Ability to work independently in lean teams with high ownership.
Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
Preferred experience in startup, app growth, AI, or SaaS environments.

Full-time position with an initial 3-month contract, potential for extension or conversion.
