Remote GTM Engineer - AI Systems

Description:

• Seeking a GTM Engineer to build, launch, and optimize outbound campaigns for SaaS clients.
• Role involves hands-on execution in a startup environment, focusing on pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Clay (non-negotiable).
• Hands-on experience using Claude for outbound messaging and workflow automation (non-negotiable).
• Proven experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or outbound infrastructure roles.
• Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, APIs, Zapier).
• Familiarity with modern outbound stack (SmartLead, HeyReach, etc.).
• Experience in B2B SaaS outbound and lead generation systems.
• Prior experience in a startup or agency environment.
• Ability to work US hours (preferably PT overlap).
