Description:

Serve as a strategic advisor guiding measurement strategies and translating data into frameworks for cross-channel success.
Partner with clients to design, implement, and evolve marketing & data analytics programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree preferred.
9 years of experience in Advanced Marketing or Product Analytics roles, preferably in Retail, Financial Services, Automotive, or CPG.
Expertise in Python and/or R, strong SQL proficiency, and experience in statistical modeling and machine learning.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level clients.
Experience with cloud database solutions, modern data stacks, and business intelligence tools preferred.

Salary range: $107,000 to $171,200 per year, with potential for bonuses and incentives.
