Description:

  • Lead the data science engine for the Insurance vertical, focusing on business problems, model deployment, and performance analysis.
  • Drive measurable revenue and media efficiency through effective modeling and collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied data science with measurable business impact.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation.
  • Strong modeling fundamentals and experience with ML solutions in AWS.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL, with expertise in multi-armed bandit, recommendation systems, and LTV modeling.

Benefits:

  • Base salary ranging from $175,000 to $200,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
  • Profit-sharing bonus and competitive benefits package.
