Description:

  • Lead the data science strategy and development of scoring models at Bondora.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing credit models that meet regulatory and business standards.
  • Proficiency in Python (or R), SQL, and machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
  • Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and deploying models in cloud environments (Azure).
  • Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau) and agile development practices.
