Description:

  • Seeking a strategic Privacy Counsel to build and maintain Mozilla’s privacy compliance infrastructure and governance processes.
  • Role involves advising on operational privacy risks, data governance, third-party risk management, and incident response across the organization.

Requirements:

  • J.D. degree and state bar membership (or foreign equivalent).
  • 8+ years of legal experience in global privacy and data governance as in-house counsel.
  • Experience in building privacy compliance infrastructure and managing privacy operations.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
