Description:

  • Join Lendable as a Lead Python Engineer in the Data Team, shaping systems and data infrastructure for US products.
  • Balance hands-on engineering with team leadership, mentoring 1-2 engineers while designing robust data pipelines and APIs.

Requirements:

  • Strong modern Python expertise and experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
  • Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
  • Ability to drive technical decisions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with US financial products is a plus but not essential.
