Description:

Lead the development of backend services for a government client using commercial and open-source technologies.
Design, develop, document, and deploy backend services focusing on high availability, low latency, and scalability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience (5+ years in a developer role).
Proficiency in JAVA (including Spring Boot), Kafka, Scala, Spark, and integrating with services like PostgreSQL, Redis, or S3.
Experience with Agile development, DevOps, GitHub/GitLab, Test Driven Development, Big Data technologies, and Public Cloud services (AWS).
UK Government Security Check (SC) clearance required; support provided for applicants without clearance who meet residency requirements.
