Description:

  • Join SoSafe as a Staff IT Engineer to lead automation and AI transformation in a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Architect and build a toolchain that integrates traditional automation tools with AI-driven design and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Staff or Principal Engineer in a cloud-native hypergrowth SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on coding experience, preferably in platform or SRE teams, with a focus on AI-native workflow automation.
  • Mastery of infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD systems, and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
