Description:

  • Lead the technical direction of projects within the Enterprise Experience Team, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to engineers, with potential line management responsibilities for junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical leadership or senior software development roles, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Hands-on experience with authentication and authorization systems, including tools like Auth0 and Okta, and familiarity with multi-tenant/multi-user architectures.
  • Extensive experience with Python and cloud-based environments.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
