Requirements:

• A BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
• Candidates should have 5+ years of experience after obtaining their BS/MS degree.
• Strong software engineering basics are necessary, as the role involves writing production code in addition to research.
• Knowledge of common challenges in training ML models and solutions to them is essential.
• Familiarity with deep learning concepts, such as Transformers, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and mixture of experts (MoE) is required.
• Proficiency in data/ML libraries such as pandas, transformers, and torch is necessary.
• Hands-on experience in training ML systems end-to-end, from data curation to evaluation and deployment, is required.
• The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential.
