Description:

  • Seeking an experienced Mainframe Datacom Engineer to support and enhance critical banking applications in an IBM Z mainframe environment.
  • Responsible for administration, support, optimization, and modernization of Broadcom Datacom databases.
  • Collaborate with application development teams, infrastructure engineers, and stakeholders, with a preference for Spanish speakers.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Broadcom Datacom databases and IBM z/OS environments.
  • Knowledge of JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, CICS, and mainframe batch processing.
  • Experience supporting COBOL applications and understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
