As a Minor Safety Senior Analyst, you will support a major global technology company in maintaining a secure online environment.
This role involves reviewing and responding to safety and abuse incidents involving minors on the client's platform.
You will conduct targeted investigations into behavioral abuse and threat actors.
The position requires contributing high-quality analysis within a fast-paced workflow.
You will be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on protecting vulnerable populations.
Responsibilities include reviewing abuse and safety incident reports, taking appropriate actions per operations policies, and ensuring consistent follow-through on every report.
You will investigate behavioral abuse and threat actors to understand techniques, impact, and attribution.
Participation in a high-velocity analytic workflow is essential, ensuring tight deadlines are met and analytic excellence is maintained.
You will prepare written analytic products, presentations, and strategic insights for senior leadership and the broader organization.
Driving improvement initiatives by providing guidance on policy development and executing projects to enhance existing workflows is part of the role.
You will review team members’ work, provide feedback, and create and deliver training.
Identifying and escalating new issues and trends is expected.
Assisting in improving support resources and content is also part of your responsibilities.
You will serve as a consultative partner with the vendor team, providing expertise for processing requests with high quality and efficiency.
Setting an example and mentoring others while prioritizing competing demands is crucial.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in Behavioral Abuse/Influence Operations investigations is required.
Deep investigative experience in identifying and analyzing information from open sources, social media, and deep and dark web avenues is necessary.
Experience with analytic/intelligence writing is essential.
A strong background in serving as a liaison between teams and senior management, ensuring quality control and effective communication is required.
Demonstrated ability to align team objectives with broader program strategies, including developing and improving SOPs to support global operations is needed.
Experience writing finished investigative products with excellent communication, strategic, and investigative skills is required.
A developed understanding of the interaction between threatening online behavior and physical security incidents is necessary.
A strong understanding and practical knowledge of the intelligence cycle, source evaluation, and techniques to ensure objectivity, actionability, and relevance of intelligence products is essential.
