Description:

Lead the Machine Learning (ML) function at tem, focusing on the AI-powered engine, Rosso, for pricing, forecasting, and optimizing energy transactions.
Responsible for strategy, delivery, budget, and outcomes of the ML team, ensuring collaboration with software engineering.

Requirements:

Proven management experience with ML engineers across various experience levels and understanding of ML lifecycle.
Strong track record in people development, performance management, and building effective team operating systems.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, comfortable with ambiguity and strategic accountability.
Bonus: Background in energy or fintech, experience in building career frameworks, and familiarity with ML and software engineering collaboration.
