Seeking a Level 3 / Tier 3 network support engineer for data science and autonomous infrastructure.
Role involves labeling, annotating, and structuring networking data from production systems.

Requirements:

Current experience as a Level 3, Tier 3, Senior, Lead, or Principal Support Engineer in enterprise network infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with network switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and routing/switching infrastructure.
Proven skills in managing production incidents, final-level escalations, and root cause analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience supporting various industries including retail, healthcare, and financial services.
