Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in platform support, technical support, or implementation, preferably with SaaS offerings.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on problem-solving and customer management.
  • Technical aptitude with experience in cloud computing, API integration, and familiarity with tools like JIRA, SQL, and Salesforce.
