Description:

  • Lead the platform engineering team, managing performance, growth, and culture.
  • Collaborate with the Cloud Architect to translate strategic direction into executable tasks.
  • Foster an AI-forward environment, integrating AI tools into workflows.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure/platform engineering.
  • Strong experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS fundamentals.
  • Proven people leadership experience with direct reports and performance management.
  • Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and observability practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with AI coding tools.
