Description:

  • Join Makpar as a Senior Monitoring Platform Engineer to configure, deploy, tune, and sustain enterprise monitoring solutions in a secured environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, alerts, and automation using Splunk SOAR/Ansible.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience with enterprise monitoring tools in secured environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong troubleshooting skills in monitoring and telemetry pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow and CMDB integration.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
