Remote Senior Data and AI Platform Engineer

Description:

• Support the Jellyfish Research team in delivering product innovation, research, and analytics.
• Build and maintain the data and AI platform for enterprise-wide analytics, self-service BI, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Design and operate the Databricks Lakehouse, governing data through Unity Catalog.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand analytical needs and create durable platform solutions.

Requirements:

• Deep experience in data engineering, data platform engineering, or analytics engineering.
• Proven track record in designing and operating reliable data platforms or large-scale data pipelines.
• Strong experience with Databricks or similar technologies.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with multiple database and warehouse technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning and teaching.
