Description:

  • Lead the design and implementation of production AI systems to solve business problems.
  • Set the technical bar for AI at Able and establish the company as a leader in the AI space.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience building AI/ML systems with production experience.
  • Fluency with modern LLM stack and agentic coding tools.
  • Experience leading large and complex projects and integrating ML with web/mobile applications.
  • Strong communication skills to inspire partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
