Description:
- Lead the integration of AI into LINQ's operations, focusing on building agents that simplify workflows across teams.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify friction points and develop reusable AI skills that enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in building production software and shipping solutions independently.
- Direct experience with multi-step, tool-using LLM workflows and knowledge of modern agent stacks (e.g., foundation model APIs, agent frameworks).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
- Experience in a PE-backed, multi-product SaaS environment is preferred.
