Description:

• Seeking a Principal Data Platform Engineer (Databricks) to lead architecture and delivery of modern data platforms.
• Role involves shaping data strategy, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring team members in a client-facing capacity.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in data engineering with leadership experience.
• Expertise in Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark-based processing.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and distributed data processing.
• Client-facing experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Healthcare data experience preferred; familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps is a plus.
