Description:

Own the multi-year technical strategy and architectural direction for the Platform across multiple layers including Modeling, Orchestration, Identity, AI, and Frontend.
Lead a team of ~25 engineers (scaling to 35+) and influence the wider engineering organization to ensure coherent architectural choices.
Drive impactful projects as a hands-on technical leader, focusing on both customer experience and developer ergonomics.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align platform investments with business outcomes.
Coach Staff and Senior engineers to enhance their strategic impact.

Requirements:

Deep expertise in platform engineering and distributed systems at scale.
Proven experience in setting and driving technical strategy at the organizational level.
Ability to lead by influence across teams with competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, utilizing architecture docs and strategy memos.
Hands-on coding and delivery experience is essential.
