Requirements:

12+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time at staff or principal level on large-scale systems.

Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems in production, including context design and evaluation.
Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Go, Scala) and familiarity with event streaming and cloud infrastructure (Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes).
Strong communication skills for conveying technical trade-offs and influencing peers.
