Description:

  • Seeking a Principal Software Engineer with expertise in adtech infrastructure and AI-native engineering.
  • Role focuses on backend systems for exchange operations, including bid request processing and auction logic.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong backend focus.
  • 5+ years in adtech infrastructure (SSP, DSP, exchange, or ad server).
  • Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem and auction mechanics.
  • Experience with high QPS systems and AI engineering in production.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM integration and distributed systems fundamentals.
  • Ability to drive technical decisions in fast-paced environments.

Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $200,000 to $240,000, plus bonus and equity.
