Description:

  • Vanta is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to set technical direction and drive complex projects within the GRC organization.
  • The role involves mentoring engineers, leading initiatives, and influencing technical strategy to support enterprise customers.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of industry experience with expertise in areas like frontend, databases, distributed systems, or APIs.
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and improve processes in dynamic environments.
  • Mastery in system design and software architecture, with experience in building user-facing SaaS products.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills, with a focus on using AI responsibly.
