Description:

  • Join PENN Entertainment, North America’s leading provider of integrated entertainment and gaming experiences.
  • Work with the Promotions team to deliver best-in-class promotional capabilities and empower marketing leaders.
  • Design and develop scalable solutions for promotions, integrating with third-party providers and supporting client developers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering with a solid foundation in computer science.
  • Strong competencies in data structures, distributed systems, algorithms, and software design.
  • Experience with GraphQL, SQL, and modern web frameworks (e.g., Phoenix, Ruby on Rails).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and background job processing.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in mentoring engineers.
