TextUs is on a mission to revolutionize business communication through innovative tools that enhance engagement between workers and consumers.
The Senior Software Engineer will own the spec-to-verified-software loop, ensuring that product intent translates into production-ready software.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in building production software with a focus on quality and fast shipping.
Strong fluency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
Proven ability to translate customer insights into actionable specs and acceptance criteria.
Experience in a Rails or comparable full-stack environment, with knowledge in modern frontend, mobile, or integrations.
Excellent written communication skills for clear spec documentation.
Bonus: Familiarity with TypeScript, React, React Native, or similar technologies.
