Requirements:

15+ years of experience in thermal management and cooling solutions, with expertise in commercial simulation software.
Familiarity with semiconductor electronics packaging and advanced packaging technologies.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles and building engineering client relationships.
Practical programming experience in Python or C++ for workflow automation.
Strong leadership and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
