Description:

Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services within BJAK's AI Neobank.
Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans while collaborating with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.

Requirements:

Experience as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, or in a similar role.
Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows and work effectively with engineers and designers.
Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance; experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or high-growth products is a strong advantage.
