Sigma Prime seeks experienced Rust engineers passionate about decentralized systems and Ethereum infrastructure.
Work on Ethereum block building, MEV infrastructure, and high-performance distributed systems.
Collaborate with blockchain researchers and engineers on critical infrastructure used across the Ethereum ecosystem.

Requirements:

Proficient in high-performance Rust and optimizing latency-sensitive systems.
Experience with profiling and tuning systems (e.g., flamegraphs, async/runtime tuning).
Strong knowledge of EVM, including transaction execution mechanics and gas accounting.
Understanding of the MEV ecosystem and related systems.
Familiarity with mempool behavior and transaction propagation.
Passionate about Ethereum, proof-of-stake systems, and decentralized infrastructure.
