Remote SAP Enterprise Business Solutions Architect

Description:

• iHerb is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to support the Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain domains as part of its digital transformation journey.
• The role involves collaboration across various business units, including Finance, Operations, Technology, and Planning to design and modernize iHerb’s Business Applications.
• The architect will assist in creating iHerb’s Order-to-Cash modernization roadmap and introduce product governance to align with the overall enterprise strategy and business metrics.
• Strong technical skills in ERP systems, integration patterns, databases, cloud platforms, security, and compliance are required.
• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the enterprise application architecture roadmap, leading the design and integration of business solutions across ERP (SAP), SCM, Finance, and other applications.
• The architect will ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and compliant with security standards, and oversee the evaluation and implementation of new technologies.
• Establishing integration strategies for seamless connectivity between ERP and other systems, ensuring data consistency, and serving as the primary contact between Business and IT teams are key aspects of the role.
• The architect will provide thought leadership, define architecture standards, conduct audits for compliance, guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and lead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues.
• The role also involves developing proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensuring ROI is clearly defined.

Requirements:

• A BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience of 8-10+ years as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing Order-to-Cash solutions is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical peers.
• Experience in business process frameworks, including process decomposition, data and functional flows, and architecture frameworks is required.
• A deep understanding of Order to Cash processes and ERP systems, with demonstrated hands-on experience is necessary.
• Knowledge in data migration, governance, pipeline, and quality is required.
• Experience in designing integration patterns across systems to ensure seamless data flow is essential.
• Experience with enterprise middleware (iPaaS) and leading ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is required.
• Industry experience in eCommerce and Consumer Product Goods is a plus.
