Description:

  • Help strengthen trust between GitBook's product and its millions of users.
  • Participate in building a product-driven engineering culture with embedded security.
  • Design and build security features, safeguards, and tooling to protect users and infrastructure.
  • Strengthen security posture to support larger enterprise customers.
  • Identify and mitigate abusive or harmful content on the platform.
  • Define and advocate for internal security standards and best practices while mentoring engineers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in security engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and risk management.
  • Ability to design and implement security features and tools.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding engineering teams on security practices.
