Remote Security & Trust Lead (USA Only - 100% Remote)

Description:

• Lead the Security & Trust program at Close, focusing on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), internal security, and customer-facing resources.
• Automate security processes and evidence collection using AI and engineering principles.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in building Security & Trust programs, preferably in a company with 50-300 employees.
• Technical knowledge of SSO/IAM, data flow through third-party tools, and incident investigation.
• Strong automation mindset to streamline manual tasks with scripts and APIs.
• Positive attitude towards AI and its integration into security practices.
