Description:
The Senior Account Executive, Enterprise will be responsible for developing and closing business with private accounts in their assigned account list.
This role involves working with the partner sales community to close sales opportunities.
The primary focus is on collaborating with partners to identify, develop, accelerate, up-sell, and close transactions.
Responsibilities include developing and closing business within the private sector, leveraging partners to close sales, and making cold calls to generate sales activities with new mid-market and high-segment accounts.
The role also involves up-selling and cross-selling to the existing private customer base, forecasting, and maintaining account/opportunity details in Salesforce.
Additionally, the Senior Account Executive will propose, coordinate, and participate in marketing activities within the territory.
Requirements:
Candidates must have enterprise sales experience.
Experience with vendors associated with virtualization technology is a plus.
A background in selling through channel and direct sales is required.
A proven track record of accomplishment in selling to IT infrastructure specialists in the private market is necessary.
Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to develop new sales.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and possess high energy.
Comfort in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly is essential.
Willingness to travel for at least 50% of the time is required.
A current full driving license is necessary.
Business proficiency in both German and English is required.
