Join Planera to build Manny, an AI scheduling assistant for construction schedulers.
Own agent features end to end, including design, engineering prompts, and integrating LLMs.
Focus on reliability, behavior quality, and user impact while collaborating with the CTO and lead AI engineer.

Requirements:

4+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with production LLM features.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with agentic systems using LLMs.
Practical prompt engineering skills and experience evaluating LLM systems.
Understanding of API design and interservice communication.
Excellent remote communication skills and a product mindset.
