Remote Senior Application Engineer - Ultrapure Water & Microelectronics

Description:

• Remote position available for candidates in North America.
• Role involves mechanical/chemical process engineering in industrial water treatment, specifically high-purity water and UPW systems.
• Serve as the first technical contact for clients, collaborating with Sales and Process Engineering to develop innovative water treatment solutions.
• Manage the complete proposal lifecycle from lead qualification to contract handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical/mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in ultra pure water treatment technologies.
• Strong foundation in mass transfer, fluid dynamics, and inorganic chemistry.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Professional Engineer's License (PE) or ability to obtain within 1 year, direct experience with water treatment systems, familiarity with ultrapure water or semiconductor manufacturing applications.
