Description:

  • Join Owner as a Senior Associate in Customer Strategy Analytics & Applied AI, focusing on customer retention and growth.
  • Collaborate across teams to build data products and tools that enhance customer success and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in analytics, strategy, or operations, with a strong numerical and technical background (SQL/Python preferred).
  • Proven experience in building dashboards, tools, and processes, with a focus on understanding root causes of problems.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work without a playbook; SaaS or high-growth startup experience preferred.
