Description:

Join the Communications team at Close, responsible for managing call recordings, sales emails, and SMS.
Work on real-time AI challenges in distributed systems, with opportunities to shift between teams and projects.

Requirements:

Proficient in Python; experience with Go, Rust, or TypeScript is a plus.
Deep knowledge of email and calendar platforms, including IMAP and sync protocols.
Experience with real-time and async distributed systems (WebRTC, WebSockets).
Familiarity with AI in real-time workflows, including live transcription and voice agents.
Understanding of telephony systems and codecs; Twilio experience is advantageous.
Ability to use AI tools to enhance workflow and code quality.
Strong focus on building and shipping products quickly.
