Description:

Join Wellhub as a Senior Backend Software Engineer in the Marketing Engineering & Platform (MEP) team, working remotely from Brazil.
Contribute to the B2B Acquisition squad, focusing on the SMB customer acquisition journey using a polyglot, event-driven backend primarily built with Kotlin/Spring Boot and Go.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in designing, building, and operating distributed systems in production environments.
Proficiency in Kotlin and Go, or extensive experience in modern Java with a strong desire to work with Kotlin and Go.
Experience with event-driven systems, asynchronous processing, and Kafka.
Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and managing containerized microservices.
Knowledge of data modeling and database management (PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB).
Fluent in Portuguese and comfortable in English for documentation and stakeholder interactions.
