Description:

  • The DEX (Digital Employee Experience) team is responsible for generating fundamental data to understand user experiences across organizations.
  • The role involves working as part of a small, close-knit team on a complex data pipeline that handles millions of messages per second and terabytes of data with complex transformations.
  • A quick-thinking mind and the ability to understand complex and abstract systems are essential for this position.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development is required.
  • Strong experience in backend development is necessary.
  • A B.E/B. Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent) is required, with an MSc preferred.
  • Excellent Java skills are mandatory.
  • Deep working knowledge of Kafka and Spark is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of microservice architecture is required.
  • A good understanding of observability tools (e.g., New Relic, DataDog, others) is necessary.
  • Experience working with GraphQL is required.
  • Experience in implementing REST API and Swagger is necessary.
  • Experience in Spring Boot or Micronaut is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Clickhouse) is required.
  • Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker is necessary.
  • Strong refactoring abilities and test automation skills are essential.
  • A strong motivation for tackling complex challenges and learning new technologies is required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
  • A mindset oriented towards continuous improvement, lean thinking, and high-quality work is essential.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
