Description:

  • Lead the design and evolution of a cloud-native data platform focused on scalable batch processing and event-driven workflows.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to build data-intensive systems that power analytics, reporting, and product features.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, backend engineering, or a hybrid role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, Athena, and Redshift.
  • Proficient in Java and Python for microservices and data pipelines.
  • Experience with containerized services and orchestration via Amazon ECS.
  • Familiarity with event-driven systems and strong SQL skills.
