Description:

Senior Staff Data Engineer responsible for building and operating the enterprise lakehouse on Databricks.
Focus on scalable ingestion, reliable data processing, and technical controls across Bronze and Silver layers of the medallion architecture.

Requirements:

12+ years of data engineering experience with production data pipelines.
Strong experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark (PySpark/Spark SQL), and Unity Catalog.
Knowledge of batch, CDC, and streaming ingestion patterns.
Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation for data pipelines.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling fundamentals.
Ability to understand business and regulatory context of data processing.
Experience with data classification and compliance in regulated environments.
