Remote Senior Data Engineer

Description:

• Leap is a rapidly growing benefits solutions company focused on employer specialty pharmacy, aiming to improve access to therapies and reduce costs for employers.
• The Senior Data Engineer will own data pipelines, warehouse, and reporting infrastructure, collaborating with clinical ops, business operations, and leadership.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and dbt; experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar cloud warehouses; familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect).
• Proven experience building reliable data pipelines and well-documented data models.
• Experience with AI tools and building data infrastructure for AI systems.
• Background as an early employee or in building data stacks from scratch.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare or HIPAA, familiarity with ingestion tools (Fivetran), CRM integrations, and cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS).
