Description:

  • Lead the development of data-driven models to optimize delivery experience for consumers and partners.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver data science solutions.
  • Build robust data science models and measure their impact on user engagement and business metrics.

Requirements:

  • MS or PhD in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience in delivery/logistics or 8+ years in data science.
  • Strong skills in translating business problems into technical objectives.
  • Expertise in machine learning, statistics, and experimentation.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and source control management tools.

Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $175,000 - $220,000, with eligibility for annual cash bonus and equity incentive plan.
