Support junior team members and perform model calibration for partner organizations.
Improve product documentation and internal processes.
Maintain codebase with best practices in software development.
Provide strategic input on product development and business strategy.
Foster a collaborative engineering culture focused on customer empathy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Economics, etc.).
Minimum of four years of experience in data science or related fields.
Familiarity with various modeling methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in statistical programming (R required, Python preferred).
Experience with version control tools (git).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
