Remote Senior Database Engineer

Description:

• Join IDT's database services team as a Senior Database Engineer.
• Perform database analysis, design, and administration to support strategic organizational goals.
• Full-lifecycle database administration including MongoDB, MySQL, Couchbase, and PostgreSQL.
• Provide 24/7 support and participate in the DBA on-call rotation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent with 8-10 years of DBA experience.
• Deep experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with databases hosted on Linux and Amazon RDS platform.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and database architecture knowledge.
• Nice to have: Experience in System/Network administration and Oracle/CouchBase.
